Hello and welcome to The Language Realm, a blog about language learning and role-playing games! My name is Dragonheels and I am passionate about both of these subjects. As a child, I fell in love with the immersive worlds and stories of pen and paper RPGs. And later, I became fascinated by the beauty and diversity of different languages.
In this blog, I will be exploring the intersection of these two passions. How? By sharing my experiences teaching French through RPGs. But I will also delve into topics. For instance, language building, facts about languages or the benefits of using RPGs as a tool for language learning.
One of the things I love about RPGs is their immersive and interactive nature. Indeed, they allow you to practice speaking and listening skills in a fun and engaging way. It also allows you to immerse yourself in a new language and culture. Above all, I believe that this approach can be incredibly effective for language learning.
